First i get there. The male staff was rude. When I was checking in he rudely told me. My reservation was cancel through booking. I advised how when i had just gone a confirmation about me getting to the hotel. so ask if they were available rooms n rudely said no. so i left got on the hilton website n paid for two rooms at the same hotel. I have always stayed in this hotel when i travel to San Antonio tx..

This place was amazing! My husband and I stayed here with our 7 month old baby, and the hotel was super clean, everything was provided, and the staff was really accommodating to our needs with a little one and they were so super friendly. We will definitely stay here again. Also, if we could have put their beds and pillows in our suitcase we would have

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. The bed that we slept in was very comfortable, but the carpet on the floor in the room was smelly.

I didnt like anything! I got there two hours after check in and the guy with the glasses in the front was super rude and said the room wasnt ready. Apparently, I wasnt the only one complaining about the issue. Many guests were waiting for their!
